Delete your Hoverpoint account

How it works

1. On the web: sign in and open My profile → Security → Delete account. Go to deletion
2. In the app: Settings → Delete account (at the bottom).
3. Can’t sign in anymore? Write from your account’s email address to info@hoverpoint.info

What is deleted

Deleted immediately: your login, your profile, the cloud backup (hangar, spots, logbook, waypoint routes, permits and drafts, checklists, settings), your document vault and EFB documents, uploaded flight logs, your public pilot card, pilot radio messages, survey answers, device and push registrations, and your customer record at our subscription provider RevenueCat.

What is kept

• Published community spots, photos and comments stay visible without any link to your account. We delete them on request, just write to us.
• Support requests are kept as long as needed to handle them. We delete them on request.
• Data stored only on your device is removed by uninstalling the app.
• Cancel a running Pro subscription in the Google Play Store or App Store. Google and Apple keep billing records for the legally required periods.
