Delete data, keep your account

Everything in the cloud at once

In the app, go to Settings → Data Backup & Cloud and switch off the cloud backup. Your backed-up data (hangar, spots, flight log, waypoint routes, permits, checklists, settings) is then permanently deleted from our servers. It stays on your device, and your account remains.

Delete individual entries yourself

You can delete this data yourself at any time, in the app or in the web app, directly on the entry:

• Drones, accessories and maintenance entries in the hangar
• Flight log entries and uploaded flight logs with their analysis
• Waypoint routes, missions, permits and your own checklists
• Documents in the vault and EFB documents
• Your comments on community spots
• Pilot meetups you created

Have data deleted

For anything you cannot delete yourself, write to us from your account's e-mail address at info@hoverpoint.info

• Published community spots and their photos
• Your support requests
• Any other data stored with your account

We usually delete the data you name within 30 days and confirm this by e-mail. Data we have to keep for legal reasons is deleted once the retention period has ended.
