Im Süden reicht die 100-m-Behördenzone des Landgestüts in den Schlossteich. Flüge dort nur mit ausdrücklicher Zustimmung (§ 21h Abs. 3 Nr. 4 LuftVO). Laut Schloss-Besucherordnung sind Starts, Landungen und Überflüge von Schloss und Park untersagt. Geozonen in Hoverpoint prüfen.

Schloss Moritzburg liegt nordwestlich von Dresden inmitten einer weitläufigen Teichlandschaft. Das ursprünglich im 16. Jahrhundert errichtete Jagdschloss wurde unter August dem Starken im 18. Jahrhundert zu einem barocken Wasserschloss umgebaut. Bekannt ist es auch als Drehort des Märchenfilms „Drei Haselnüsse für Aschenbrödel“.
