Die Burgruine Windeck liegt oberhalb von Altwindeck und bietet einen Blick über das Siegtal. Die Burg wurde 1174 erstmals urkundlich erwähnt und diente den Grafen von Berg als Grenzfeste. Erhaltene Mauerreste und Türme bilden das heutige Fotomotiv.
