Allowed with conditions
Flying is allowed, but with conditions you need to know before you travel.
Required
Drone and operator must be registered with the aviation authority AAC from 200 g, also as a tourist; the German registration does not apply there.
Your EU registration is not automatically valid here.
Unclear
Liability insurance is required for commercial aerial work; whether this also applies to recreational flights is contradictorily documented.
For tourists
Plan the AAC registration before your trip; no simplified tourist procedure is known. For take-offs on private land you need the owner's permission.
