- In Kroatien registrierst du dich als Drohnenbetreiber über die FAUST-Plattform der Zivilluftfahrtbehörde CCAA – Pflicht ab 250 Gramm Startgewicht, bei mehr als 80 Joule Aufprallenergie oder bei jeder Drohne mit einem Sensor, der personenbezogene Daten erfassen kann.
- Eine Haftpflichtversicherung ist in Kroatien nach der EU-Grundregel erst ab einem Startgewicht von 20 Kilogramm gesetzlich vorgeschrieben; für gewerbliche Nutzung lohnt sich unabhängig davon in der Praxis eine Rücksprache mit dem Versicherer.
- In der offenen Kategorie gilt eine maximale Flughöhe von 120 Metern über Grund, wie EU-weit einheitlich geregelt.
